APSN Education Services Ltd in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Training Support staff to assist the Centre For Adults. You will deliver engagement programs, create visual aids, and support learning and skill development for beneficiaries with special needs.

You will collaborate with families, instructors, and partners, maintain progress records, and assist with events and administrative tasks. A Diploma or equivalent is required, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Passionate, proactive and creative with community impact.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with clients with special needs.
• Administrative experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
• Supervise and assist individuals, applying coaching and task breakdown strategies.
• Create visual aids, task analyses and structured routines to facilitate learning.
• Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, instructors and community partners to support holistic care and engagement.
• Maintain programme documentation, progress records and assist with administrative duties.
• Support centre events and continuous improvement efforts, with flexibility to meet programme needs.
