Job summary

APSN LTD. is seeking a trainer to deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries at the Centre For Adults. You will supervise and assist individuals, applying coaching and behavioural support strategies to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Passionate, proactive and creative with a desire to help the community.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with clients with special needs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
• Supervise and assist individuals, applying coaching, task breakdown, and behavioural support strategies.
• Create visual aids, task analyses, and structured routines to facilitate learning and skill development.
• Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, instructors, Allied Professionals, alumni, and community partners to support holistic care and engagement.
• Maintain programme documentation, progress records, and assist with operational planning and administrative duties.
• Support centre events, community initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.
