APSN LTD. is seeking a Training Support professional in Singapore to deliver engagement skills and structured training for adults in a Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.

The role involves supervising individuals, applying coaching, creating visual aids and routines, and collaborating with families, instructors and community partners. The position requires a Diploma or equivalent, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to work independently while contributing to holistic care

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Passionate, proactive, and creative with a desire to make a positive community impact.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with clients with special needs.
• Administrative experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain programme documentation, progress records and assist with planning and administrative duties.
• Support centre events, community initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, showing flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.

• Support centre events, community initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.
