Job summary

APSN EDUCATION SERVICES LTD is seeking a Training Support role to deliver engaging programmes for adults at the Centre for Adults in Singapore. You will supervise individuals, break down tasks and apply behavioural support strategies to facilitate learning.

The role involves creating visual aids, maintaining records, and collaborating with families and professionals to support holistic care. A Diploma or equivalent and passion for community impact are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Passionate, proactive and creative, with desire to make a positive community impact.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with clients with special needs.
• Administrative experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
• Supervise and assist individuals, applying coaching, task breakdown and behavioural support strategies.
• Create visual aids, task analyses and structured routines to facilitate learning and skill development.
• Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, instructors, Allied Professionals, alumni and community partners to support holistic care and engagement.
• Maintain programme documentation, progress records and assist with operational planning and administrative duties.
• Support centre events, community initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.
