Job summary

APSN is seeking a dedicated Training Support member to assist the Centre For Adults. You will deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes, guiding beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.

You will collaborate with families, instructors, and professionals to support holistic care, maintain progress records, and contribute to events and improvement efforts. Nitec or equivalent and strong communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience working with clients with special needs.
• Administrative experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
• Supervise and assist individuals, applying coaching, task breakdown, and behavioural support strategies.
• Create visual aids, task analyses, and structured routines to facilitate learning and skill development.
• Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, instructors, Allied Professionals, alumni, and community partners to support holistic care and engagement.
• Maintain programme documentation, progress records, and assist with operational planning and administrative duties.
• Support centre events, community initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.
