APSN Education Services Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Training Support role for the Centre For Adults.

The position focuses on delivering engaging, structured training programmes and supporting beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop. You will supervise individuals, develop visual aids and routines, and collaborate with families, instructors, allied professionals, alumni and community partners to promote holistic care and learning.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with clients with special needs.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Deliver engagement skills and structured training programmes for beneficiaries in Day Activity Centre and Sheltered Workshop.
Supervise and assist individuals using coaching, task breakdown, and behavioural support strategies.
Create visual aids, task analyses, and structured routines to facilitate learning and skill development.
Collaborate with beneficiaries, families, instructors, Allied Professionals, alumni, and community partners to support holistic care and engagement.
Maintain programme documentation, progress records, and assist with operational planning and administrative duties.
Support centre events, community initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts, demonstrating flexibility to meet programme and operational needs.
