Responsibilities

• Interface with internal and external customers to plan and develop products based on requirements.
• Formulate compounds to meet various customer requirements.
• Conduct necessary material testing and evaluation to support product development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Explore new technologies and raw materials to enhance product offerings.
• Create and maintain documentation for testing reports and procedures.
• Collaborate with QC and Production teams to support manufacturing trials.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with internal and external customers and stakeholders to plan and develop new products based on customer/market requirements and company objectives
• Formulate compounds to meet customers’ requirements with respect to mechanical properties, electrical properties, flame resistance, weather resistance, aesthetic appearance, etc.
• Conduct necessary material testing and evaluation to support product development
• Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical problems, and provide technical guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle
• Explore new technologies and raw materials that can enhance product offerings to fulfill customer needs
• Create and maintain documentation including testing reports, and work instruction procedures for laboratory equipment
• Collaborate with QC and Production teams to support manufacturing trials, product scaling, and quality control processes
