Job summary

EBUY PTE. LTD. in Boon Lay, Singapore invites applications for an Administrative & Relief Driver.

This role combines light administrative tasks with vehicle-related errands and occasional relief transport for staff. You will handle driving duties and support the operations team to ensure smooth daily logistics. The position is full-time, 5 days a week, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime paid per MOM regulations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence.
• Experience driving lorries or vans preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Able to handle vehicle-related errands independently.
• Willing to assist with employee transport when required.

Responsibilities

• Drive company lorries and vans to workshops for repairs, servicing, and maintenance.
• Send and collect vehicles from workshops, and follow up on repairs as required.
• Purchase engine oil and other vehicle-related supplies as needed.
• Assist with arranging duplicate vehicle keys and handling other vehicle-related administrative tasks.
• Carry out other vehicle-related errands assigned by the company.
• Provide employee transport when the regular driver is on leave or unavailable.
• Ensure company vehicles are handled safely and responsibly.
• Report vehicle-related issues promptly and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Administrative & Relief Driver to assist with company vehicle-related matters and provide relief employee transport when required. The main focus of this role is to handle vehicle-related errands and administrative tasks. Employee transport duties will mainly be required when the regular driver is on leave or unavailable.
