Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations including filing, record-keeping, and scheduling
  • Coordinate internal meetings and assist with preparation of agendas, minutes, and reports
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and general enquiries
  • Support procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
  • Maintain documentation for compliance and audit purposes
  • Assist in HR-related admin tasks such as leave tracking and onboarding paperwork
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support operational needs
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and administrative procedures
Requirements:
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year of administrative or office management experience
