Class & Room Scheduling – Assist with preparing and updating timetables; coordinate class schedules between teachers and students; arrange classroom usage.
Student Records Management – Maintain student profiles, attendance records, and support renewal, withdrawal, and related procedures.
General Administrative Work – Filing, printing, data entry, purchasing office supplies, and helping to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
Any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
