Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, is seeking an Admin Executive to support facilities management operations in Singapore. The role involves managing work orders, service records, maintenance data, billing and quotations, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of administrative experience, experience with billing and client coordination, and familiarity with CMMS/FM systems such as Maintegra or FIMS.
Admin Executive - Expression of Interest
Manage and maintain work orders, service records, maintenance data, billing, quotation, and customer service.
Manage and maintain work orders, service records, and maintenance data within Maintegra and FIMS systems, ensuring accuracy and SLA compliance. Prepare, process, and track ad hoc quotations, coordinating with operations teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely submission and approval. Handle ESS billing administration, including verification of completed works, billing submissions, invoice processing, and resolving billing-related issues. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer feedback and escalations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution and service recovery. Provide operational and administrative support through documentation management, reporting, audit coordination, meeting support, and other duties assigned by management.
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Property Management, or Engineering Services. Experience in handling billing, quotations, customer service, and operational administration. Knowledge of Maintegra, FIMS, ESS, or similar CMMS/FM systems will be an advantage.
