Attend to visitors and handle phone calls.
Liaise with suppliers for quotes and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain pantry items and order supplies when needed.
Prepare payments for subcontractors and assist in company events.
Maintain pantry items and purchase pantry/stationery as needed.
Handle requisitions and update rental equipment status.
Assist in managing new asset purchases.
Arrange equipment/site tools for calibration and record calibration upon return.
Prepare Certificates of Payment to subcontractors.
Assist in company events and broader administrative duties.
