Job description

  • Position: Admin Assistant (Simple Duties/Data Entry/Inventory) - Midview City (Sin Ming)
  • Location: Sin Ming Lane (Bishan)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday/ 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 + Performance bonus + 10 Days Annual Leave
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare invoices / Receive Orders / Organise Documents / Filing
  • Stock / inventory check, maintain updated data records, print reports
  • Attending to calls
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support and handle administrative requests from the management.

Requirements:
  • NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/ FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Words etc)
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
