Job summary

V8 ENVIRONMENTAL PTE LTD is seeking an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to maintain records in the system and monitor driver tasks in Singapore. You will assist with claim forms and arrange jobs for drivers, while handling ad-hoc duties as needed.

We require a 5-day week with rostered Saturdays, basic education (GCE N/O/ITE), and proficiency in MS Office. Mandarin communication is essential; training is provided, and transport from Boon Lay Interchange is available for West Area work.

Qualifications

• Position requires data entry and record-keeping in a system.
• Willingness to work on rostered Saturdays; 5-day week.
• Training provided; candidates with no experience are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office and good interpersonal skills.
• Must communicate with drivers in Mandarin; bilingual required.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in the West area; transport provided from Boon Lay Interchange.

Responsibilities

• Data entry - update / maintain records in system.
• Monitor and keep proper records of job claim forms from Drivers.
• Monitor Drivers’ DO listing, arrange and assign jobs to drivers.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties.
