Job summary

ADDISON INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced trainer to deliver WSQ AI Automation courses to adult learners, plan engaging lessons, and assess learner competency.

You will manage classroom dynamics, maintain WSQ-aligned assessment documentation, and contribute to a growing AI curriculum in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience training adult learners (1–2 years).
• Certified ACLP/ ACTA.
• Experience conducting assessment for adult learners.
• Strong knowledge in Generative AI and practical AI applications.
• Strong classroom management and facilities skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in IT or equivalent is an added advantage.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years' experience training adult learners.

• Certified ACLP/ ACTA.
• Prior experience conducting assessment for adult learners.
• Strong subject knowledge in Generative AI/ practical AI applications.
• Good classroom management and facilities skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in IT or equivalent is an added advantage.
