Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to oversee Active Ageing Centres (AAC) within a sub-region, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong stakeholder engagement to inspire joyful living for seniors.

You should hold a Masters or Degree in Business Management, Psychology or Gerontology (Diploma with relevant experience considered), be a clear communicator, skilled in stakeholder management, and proficient with Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelor degree in Business Management / Psychology / Gerontology (Diploma holders with relevant experience considered).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AAC operations and administration.
• Ensure timely evaluation and reporting of centre outcomes to management and funder.
• Support and guide team members through learning and mentorship.
• Plan and lead community outreach activities to promote AAC programmes.
• Build partnerships with Regional Health System, Community Partners and Volunteers.
• Empower and develop active seniors to serve other seniors.
