Job summary

Acne Studios in Singapore is seeking a Store Manager for our Marina Bay Sands store. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a luxury environment.

You will monitor sales, manage inventory, and develop strategies to drive performance while upholding brand standards. Strong leadership, clear communication, and fluency in English are essential; experience in luxury fashion and KPI analysis is preferred.

What You Will Do

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere
• Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance
• Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks
• Analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies
• Recruiting, training, and leading your team, including setting performance goals, and conducting performance evaluations

Specific Experience And Knowledge For This Role

• Working in a retail environment within luxury fashion, preferably in a progressive leadership role
• God knowledge in analysing retail KPIs and building a strategy plan accordingly
• Leadership or supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this role (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
