Job summary

ENGIE SERVICES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Technical Officer (ACMV) to lead a team of technicians in managing air conditioning facilities. The candidate will oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance for ACMV systems and conduct technical investigations for rectification works.

The ideal applicant should have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Facilities Management.
• Experience in FCU and AHU is preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team for aircon facilities activities.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for ACMV.
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals.
