Job summary

WINNER ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an Assistant Project Engineer in Singapore to manage ACMV (Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) works. This role involves ensuring project compliance with engineering standards, overseeing contracts, costs, and project schedules.

The candidate should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, along with ACMV project experience. Benefits include a 5-day work week, training for skillset conversion to BIM management, and flexible working options.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management, or a related field; ACMV project experience preferred.
• Bizsafe Level 2 safety certification or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong independence and leadership skills in a team environment.
• Knowledge of BIM is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the overall project from concept to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Support the development and maintenance of the BIM model.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including drawings and reports.
• Coordinate with various consultants and contractors under the guidance of the Project Engineer.
