Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineering project coordinator in Singapore to lead from planning to delivery, coordinating schedules, site activities and documentation.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams on technical requirements, equipment sourcing and drawings. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of HVAC project experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience handling ACMV, air-conditioning, chiller or HVAC-related projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

Responsabilités

• Manage engineering projects from planning through delivery, coordinating schedules, site activities, and required documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on technical requirements, equipment sourcing, drawings and project specifications.
• Support site activities including installation checks, technical verification, troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues.
• Track project progress, prepare technical reports and ensure documentation is maintained accurately and on schedule.
• Conduct site risk assessments and ensure project activities meet applicable safety and regulatory standards.
