Job summary

HENG YUAN ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Mechanical Engineering professional with 3+ years in ACMV/HVAC, focusing on chiller systems and related AC work in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, and ensuring project progress and quality.

The candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD, familiar with local codes, and able to start immediately or on short notice to support project delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Min 3 years in chiller and AC ACMV/HVAC in Singapore with relevant codes.
• Strong ACMV technical knowledge: equipment selection, heat load, duct design.
• Familiarity with local building codes and ACMV regulations.
• Experience with chiller, cooling tower, chilled water, VRV, MV systems.
• Experience in commercial projects and A&A works is a plus.
• Excellent communication to collaborate with clients and teams.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design software.
• Available to commence immediately or on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in scheduling, coordination with Clients/Consultants/subcontractors.
• Report and monitor progress of project to Project Manager.
• Conduct site visits to ensure work meets specs and quality standards.
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, T&C sheets, progress reports for ACMV works.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including drawings and inspections.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for clients and internal teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and monitor cost control to meet objectives.
• Assist in site administration and address logistics or operational challenges.
• Coordinate with subcontractors/consultants/clients on drawings, inspections and commissioning.
