Job summary

Winner Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an ACMV Installation Site Coordinator to oversee planning, scheduling, and on-site supervision of ACMV installations. You will coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and BIM teams to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role includes reporting, problem solving, and handover support. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years on-site experience, BIM familiarity, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in mechanical engineering or related qualifications.
• Min 2 years on-site experience in ACMV or similar installations.
• Experience in BIM is an added advantage.
• Strong independence and good communication in English.
• Able to work 5.5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule installation activities to meet project timelines.
• Supervise site setup and installation of ACMV systems on site.
• Ensure safety compliance and enforce PPE adherence.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM team, and project managers.
• Prepare daily reports, track material usage and variations.
• Coordinate with multiple trades to avoid conflicts.
• Assist in pre-commissioning tests and system handover.
• Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Attend site meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
