Job summary

CS Engineering & Fire PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable drafter to develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project needs.

You will revise drawings per engineers' comments to Fire Code 2023 and SS codes, perform site visits for measurements, and coordinate with Project Managers for submission approvals. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fire protection and fire safety.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and document control systems.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts.
• Revise drawings per engineers' instructions in compliance with Fire Code 2023 and SS codes.
• Conduct site visits and capture required measurements.
• Prepare computer-generated drawings, isometrics, schedules, and data sheets.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers for technical drawings and approvals.
• Maintain document control and filing for efficient plan preparation.

Develop and maintain dimensional drawings for

layouts and non-dimensional drawings.

• Revise drawings based on instructions/ comments from engineers in compliance to Fire Code 2023 and the relevant SS codes.


• Conduct site visit and required measurements.


• Develop computer generated drawings, cable detection drawings, fire protection isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets.


• Perform other related work duties instructed by supervisor.


• Involved in coordination and preparation of specification to liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for Technical drawings and submission approval.


• Maintain good document control and filings, to be efficient in plan preparation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering.


• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the fire protection & fire safety industry.


• Proficient in AutoCad.


• Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
