Job summary

FORTUNA AIR-CONDITIONING & ELECTRICAL PTE LTD is seeking an ACMV Drafter to prepare AutoCAD drawings for air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems. The role involves coordinating with architectural, structural, and electrical teams, ensuring plans reflect site requirements and equipment layouts.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of ACMV drafting experience, be familiar with Singapore construction practices, and be proficient in AutoCAD to produce detailed plans and installation

Qualifications

• Diploma/NITEC in Mechanical Eng or Building Services or equivalent.
• At least 2–3 years of ACMV drafting experience in Singapore preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read multi-discipline drawings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ACMV drawings using AutoCAD from contract drawings, specs and site requirements.
• Develop shop drawings and coordinate ACMV services with architectural, structural and electrical layouts.
• Identify clashes and propose routing solutions; update drawings after site instructions.
