Job summary

CS Engineering & Fire Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled drafter to develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings in alignment with Fire Code 2023 and SS codes. You will revise drawings per engineers' instructions and conduct site visits for measurements.

The role involves producing computer-generated drawings, isometrics, schedules and data sheets, coordinating with Project Managers and Engineers for technical drawings and submission approvals, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience with creating technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with Fire Code 2023 and relevant SS codes.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
• Revise drawings per engineers' instructions in compliance with Fire Code 2023.

• Develop computer generated drawings, cable detection drawings, fire protection isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets.

Job description

• Develop and maintain dimensional drawings for layouts and non-dimensional drawings.
• Revise drawings based on instructions/comments from engineers in compliance to Fire Code 2023 and the relevant SS codes
• Conduct site visit and required measurements
• Develop computer generated drawings, cable detection drawings, fire protection isometrics, details, plans, schedules and data sheets
• Perform other related work duties instructed by supervisor
• Involved in coordination and preparation of specification to liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for Technical drawings and submission approval.
• Maintain good document control and filings, to be efficient in plan preparation.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the fire protection & fire safety
• interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
