Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking an ACMV Operations Manager to oversee daily ACMV and facilities maintenance at Midview City.

You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, supervise engineers and contractors, and ensure optimal operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and ventilation systems. The role requires strong leadership, good communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in ACMV or facilities management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Experience in ACMV, HVAC or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of ACMV systems.
• Strong leadership and team management.
• Good communication and problem-solving.
• Experience managing contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ACMV and facilities maintenance operations.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Supervise engineers, supervisors, technicians and contractors.
• Ensure chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps and ventilation systems operate properly.
• Attend to equipment breakdowns and ensure timely repairs.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, service quality and SLA/KPI performance.
• Manage contractors, suppliers and maintenance works.
• Control maintenance costs and manpower resources.
• Monitor energy usage and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and company requirements.
• Handle client feedback, complaints and operational meetings.
• Prepare maintenance and monthly operations reports.
• Support ACMV improvement, upgrading and replacement projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 6 PM; Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
• Duration: Permanent Role
