Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Relevant accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, including journal entries and general ledger accounts.
• Record and process financial transactions promptly and accurately.
• Prepare monthly financial reports such as balance sheets and P&L statements.
• Process payments and verify supporting documentation per approval procedures.
• Submit financial documents to management, auditors, regulators as required.
• Maintain filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Ensure data security and backup of accounting information.
• Assist management with accounting, financial, and administrative tasks.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.
