CRYSTAL JADE FINE DINING PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented accounting assistant in Singapore to support our finance team with invoicing, documentation, and monthly closings.

You will process invoices and credit notes, reconcile accounts, prepare journals, and assist with audits, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls. Strong MS Office skills and bilingual English/Chinese are preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and credit notes accurately and timely.
• Ensure completeness of documentation for invoices/credit notes.
• Prepare and process funds receipts and refunds as needed.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and journals for postings.
• Assist in year-end audit and ad-hoc duties.
