Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Experience with SAP System is preferred but not mandatory.
• Meticulous, organized and proactive.
• Available to start on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Handle daily accounting operations including data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
• Handle ad-hoc account-related tasks as instructed by supervisor.
