Industrial Components Provider is seeking an Assistant Accounts Receivable Manager to support the Finance Manager in overseeing AR operations, collections and credit control. The role also covers AP processing and month-end closing, requiring strong commercial judgement and collaboration with Sales.

The candidate should have a degree in Accountancy/Finance and at least 5 years in AR and credit control, including supervisory experience, with strong Excel skills and SAP knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of Accounts Receivable and Credit Control experience, including 2+ years in a senior/supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in collections, ageing and payment-trend analysis, reconciliations, and credit reviews.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Willing to perform selected hands-on AR and AP processing when required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations, including invoicing, collections and customer receipts.
• Review AR month-end closing and ensure completeness/accuracy of AR records.
• Monitor AR KPIs and credit exposure; implement collection strategies with Sales as needed.
• Process designated supplier invoices and support AP month-end closing.
• Lead process improvements including digitalisation and automation of AR processes.
• Coach junior AR team members and support workload planning.
