Job summary

INN INTERIOR ENTERPRISE PTE LTD is seeking a Finance Assistant to manage high-volume payments, verify documents, and maintain vendor records. You will perform reconciliations, support GST filings, and collaborate with auditors and tax agents as required.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of accounting experience, is detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and the Million accounting system. Strong English and Chinese communication will help coordinate with stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or professional services preferred.
• Detail-oriented with willingness to learn and adapt.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Million accounting system.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of payments with proper supporting documents and approvals.
• Verify invoices, bills, and transaction documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure payment details are updated in the system.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Assist in GST filings and liaise with external tax agents and auditors where required.
• Collaborate with the Settlement Team to reconcile transaction data for monthly reporting.
• Assist in basic reconciliations and cross-functional data gathering.
• Support ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed.
