SBS Transit Limited is seeking an Accounts Payable Payment Processor in Singapore to handle vendor payments, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and maintain strong vendor relations. You will match invoices in SAP, handle Direct Debit/GIRO, and prepare AP reports.

The role requires a diploma in accountancy and proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is preferred. You will participate in reconciliations, compliance tasks, and adjacents audits, contributing to robust internal controls and reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Proficient in Excel with hands-on experience using SAP System.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments through various methods and ensure timely processing.
• Maintain positive relationships with vendors and respond to payment status inquiries.
• Perform supplier reconciliations and prepare accounts payable reports and analyses.
• Assist in audits by providing payment documents and supporting records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
