Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable for two entities.
• Match supplier invoices with POs/Delivery orders and prepare payment vouchers.
• Maintain and file accounts payable invoices, debit/credit notes.
• Allocate GL codes to invoices and input into accounting system.
• Prepare month-end reconciliations and related adjustments.
• Assist with audits and process improvements.
