Job summary

Zuellig Pharma Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an AP professional to manage end-to-end accounts payable, cash management, and vendor reconciliations in a regional healthcare distribution environment.

You will collaborate with the Accounting Manager and Finance Director on subsidiary close, prepare monthly management reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and support fixed asset management and master data integrity across SAP and Ariba systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on working experience in accounts payable.
• Prior experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, or Maritime industry.
• Solid, practical understanding of local accounting standards, balance sheet reconciliation methods, and Singapore GST/IRAS compliance.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and vendor invoice verification for PO and Non-PO invoices.
• Process staff expense claims and ensure compliance with travel and expense policies.
• Map expenses to GL accounts and cost centres; perform creditor reconciliations and monitor AP aging.
• Prepare monthly close with AM/FD, compile management reports, and assist with tax compliance.
