Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive in Singapore West (Quality Road) to support daily accounts payable operations. The role offers a monthly salary range of SGD 3,100 to SGD 3,400 plus SGD 90 transport allowance, with standard Monday–Friday hours (8am–5pm).

Responsibilities include processing reimbursements, maintaining AP schedules, GST reporting, and data entry in D365, ensuring accurate vendor payments and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Relevant Accounts Payable / accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare petty cash claims listings for staff reimbursements and submit to HR for payment.
• Prepare AP schedules and ensure receipt of credit notes or insurance claims.
• Compile GST payment information for quarterly reporting.
• Record journal entries for employee reimbursements in D365.
