Job summary

Thunes is seeking an Accounts and Operations Executive to bridge client relations with internal tech, finance and operations. You will manage a portfolio of growing business accounts and ensure day-to-day transactions run smoothly.

You will build day-to-day relationships, drive customer value, identify cross-sell opportunities and resolve issues with internal teams to deliver excellent service and adoption across Thunes’ products.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in B2B Account Management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience managing small to mid-size accounts in tech, SaaS, fintech or financial services.
• Payments experience preferred or quick learner.
• Proficient with Salesforce, Tableau and MS Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Maintain satisfaction across a portfolio of smaller accounts.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow revenue.
• Be day-to-day advocate for customers; communicate needs and feedback.
• Coordinate with product, sales, compliance, solution delivery and operations to resolve issues.
• Support rollout of new services and features considering market specifics.
• Own customer requests; drive timely resolutions and incremental value.
• Keep stakeholders informed with progress updates and next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and data quality.
• Foster strong relationships to enable quick issue resolution.
