Job summary

GOODLAND INVESTMENTS PTE LTD. is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support daily finance operations in Singapore. You will handle AP/AR tasks, invoicing, payments, receipts, and document filing while assisting with month-end close and audits.

The role requires a Diploma or degree in accounting/finance, familiarity with basic accounting principles, and good communication skills. Familiarity with ACCPAC / Sage 300 is a plus. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience in accounting preferred.
• Familiar with ACCPAC / Sage 300 advantageous.
• Good attention to detail and organization.
• Independent and willing to learn with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Prepare invoices, payments, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Assist with bank and account reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing and records of accounting documents.
• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of accounting reports.
• Assist with audit and tax-related matters when required.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and relevant parties on accounting matters.
• Assist with document submission and delivery to relevant parties.
• Assist with company errands and general administrative matters when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
