Job summary

E-Ployment Consultancy in Singapore seeks an experienced Finance professional to manage monthly closings, reporting, and treasury tasks. You will prepare statements, assist audits, and support tax filings while maintaining accurate books and reconciliations.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience and SAP familiarity. You will coordinate with banks and auditors to ensure timely compliance and efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Salary SGD 3,500–5,000 per month.
• Preferably with experience in SAP Software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Support external audits and respond to auditor inquiries.
• Coordinate and prepare periodic tax filings with corporate income tax compliance.
• Maintain accurate books and execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Execute daily treasury operations such as payments and bank transfers.
• Manage trade finance documents, coordinating with banks and counterparties.
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed.

• Maintain accurate books and execute end-to-end month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes including journal entries and key reconciliations.
• Execute daily treasury operations such as payments and bank transfers, and manage bank administration tasks.
• Manage trade finance operations by preparing and reviewing LC-related documents, coordinating with banks and counterparties, and maintaining related documentation.
• Provide general administrative and operational support, including coordination and day-to-day assistance as needed.
• Preferred competencies and qualifications.
• Hands-on accounting and finance experience in closing, reporting, and reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• $3500-$5000.
• Preferably with experience in SAP Software.
