Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for an experienced accounting professional to manage general ledger, journal postings and month-end close for a multinational manufacturing environment.

You will prepare management reports and support regional reporting, ensuring accuracy of financial records. The role requires ACCA/CA/CPA, a accounting degree, and at least 5 years of SAP-enabled accounting experience.

Qualifications

• ACCA, CA or CPA certification.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience in an MNC manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, statutory reporting and month-end closing; hands-on SAP and advanced Excel.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, government grant administration and EDB claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, journal postings, reconciliations and month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare financial schedules, management reports and supporting documentation for internal and regional reporting requirements.

• Administer fixed asset accounting and coordinate documentation for EDB grant claims.

Requirements:

• ACCA, CA or CPA

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, taxation, statutory reporting and month-end closing, with hands‑on experience in ERP systems - SAP, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, government grant administration and EDB claims, including preparation of relevant documentation and reconciliations.
