Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent Accounts Payable / Inventory Clerk to join our finance team in Singapore. The role entails inputting entries in SAP, reconciling vendor statements, and issuing non-trade debit notes.

You will also manage SAP purchase orders and process invoices for inventory trades. Responsibilities include manual posting of goods receipts and issues where EDI is unavailable, with ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with GST Act, Corporate Tax, and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Input entries into SAP system.
• Reconcile vendor Statements of Accounts (SOA).
• Issue Non-Trade Debit Notes.
• Create SAP Purchase Orders (P/O) for Inventory Trade.
• Process Trade Invoices.
• Perform manual posting of Goods Receipt (for warehouse without EDI).
• Perform manual posting of Goods Issued (for warehouse without EDI).
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
