Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Record daily bookkeeping and accounting entries to maintain accurate financial data.
• Accurately record receipts, payments, and bank transactions to ensure financial integrity.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes to support cash flow.
• Prepare and issue invoices to facilitate timely billing and revenue collection.
• Monitor incoming payments and proactively follow up on outstanding amounts.
• Perform bank reconciliations to verify financial accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile client payments, insurer statements, and commission records to ensure consistency.
• Maintain organised and accurate financial documentation for audit readiness.
• Support administrative tasks related to finance operations to enhance process efficiency.
• Assist with credit control and payment collections to improve receivables management.
• Support month-end closing activities to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and summaries for management decision-making.
