ACCURON TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED in Singapore seeks an Accounts Executive (TEMP) to support month-end closings, treasury duties, and financial reporting through Jan 2027, with potential extension to Jun 2027. Immediate start. The role requires 5+ years of accounting experience and strong Excel skills.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, independent, and able to collaborate in a lean finance team while ensuring timely payments and compliant financial records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant hands-on accounting experience, including month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet reporting and payment deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with banks, auditors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end closing activities for assigned entities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly controller reports and supporting financial schedules.
• Handle treasury-related activities including foreign exchange transactions, loan drawdowns and banking documentation.
• Prepare and process payments with proper authorisation and timeliness.
• Monitor bank transactions and maintain accounting and treasury records.
• Support year-end closing and statutory audit with schedules and documents.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders on accounting and treasury matters.
• Participate in ad hoc finance assignments and process improvements.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline
