ISDN HOLDINGS LIMITED is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting and finance functions in Singapore. You will handle month-end and year-end closings, postings to SAP, and accurate financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent, with at least 3 years of accounting/finance experience. Proficiency with SAP is advantageous, and you will work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including submitting consolidation packages for accurate and timely financial completion.
• Perform daily accounting tasks such as managing receivables and payables, general ledger entries, tax calculations, and bank reconciliations.
• Enter accurate and timely financial data into the SAP system to maintain data integrity.
• Maintain precise financial records and statements for internal and external use.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports to support financial planning.
• Prepare quarterly GST submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Send monthly statements of account to customers and follow up on collections to optimize cash flow.
• Prepare quarterly financial forecasts and annual budgets to guide business strategy.
• Support audit and tax queries by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Liaise with banks to manage banking transactions efficiently.
• Manage timely closing processes and reconciliations, including intercompany transactions, to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Retrieve and analyze system reports from accounting software for management decision-making.
• Utilize relevant IT systems and tools effectively to perform data analysis and enhance reporting accuracy.
