Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage end-to-end accounting functions within a manufacturing/engineering context. The role emphasizes accuracy, IFRS reporting and GST compliance while leveraging SAP/ERP and Excel proficiency.

You will handle month-end close, intercompany accounting and cash flow management, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasts and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and Singapore GST requirements.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, GST and intercompany.
• Close monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and prepare financial reports per IFRS.
• Oversee invoicing, payments, collections, banking and cash flow management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reports.
• Ensure GST submissions, ACRA filings, XBRL reporting and audit readiness.
• Support procurement, inventory accounting, internal controls and ad-hoc finance tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-spectrum accounting functions, including AR, AP, GL, GST and intercompany transactions.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing, account reconciliations and financial reporting in accordance with IFRS.
• Oversee invoicing, payment processing, collections, banking transactions and cash flow management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and preparation of management reports.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, including GST submissions, ACRA filings, XBRL reporting and audit requirements.
• Support procurement, inventory accounting, internal controls and other ad-hoc finance and corporate administrative matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, IFRS and Singapore GST requirements.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
