Job summary

One Vogue Pte. Ltd. in Clementi, Singapore, is seeking an Accounts Executive / Senior to manage the full set of accounts, prepare monthly management reports, and ensure accurate financial records for management review.

You will handle GST, ECI, and Corporate Tax submissions, coordinate with external auditors, monitor cash flow, and support budgeting and variance analysis in a compliant SME logistics environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday workweek and a baseline salary of SGD 4,000 to 4,800.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts, GST, ECI and Form C submissions.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Able to liaise with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash flow reports and other financial reports for management review.
• Handle GST returns, ECI and Corporate Income Tax submissions (Form C) in accordance with IRAS requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for annual audits.
• Monitor daily cash flow, outstanding payments, receivables and payables to support smooth financial operations.
• Review accounting entries, bank reconciliations and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning and variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, cash flow reports and other financial reports for management review.
• Handle GST returns, Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Corporate Income Tax (Form C) submissions in accordance with IRAS requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents for annual audits.
• Monitor daily cash flow, outstanding payments, receivables and payables to support smooth financial operations.
• Review accounting entries, bank reconciliations and financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning and variance analysis, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and internal records, and liaise with banks and relevant parties on accounting, audit and tax matters.

Requirements

• Relevant accounting experience in an SME or logistics environment is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts, financial reporting, GST, ECI and Corporate Tax (Form C) submissions.
• Able to liaise with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
