Job summary

Osak Logistics Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is hiring an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance and payroll. This role offers hands-on, full-set accounting experience and training for early-career professionals.

You will maintain full-set accounts in Xero, handle invoicing, bank reconciliations and month-end closings, and liaise with auditors and tax agents as needed. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and start at short notice.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in accounting/finance; ACCA/LCCI welcome.
• 0–2 years accounting experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Experience with Xero or cloud accounting is a plus.
• Basic GST, payroll and CPF knowledge preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full-set accounts in Xero including payables/receivables.
• Prepare customer invoices and assist collections.
• Process supplier invoices and payments.
• Run monthly bank reconciliations and assist month-end closings.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns for IRAS.
• Process payroll and CPF submissions.
• Assist auditors and corporate secretary as needed.
