Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Tuas, Singapore seeks an Accounts Executive (Full Set) to handle full-set accounting, GST filings, and liaise with auditors.

The role requires strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP Business One. You will collaborate with Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse teams to manage shipments and inventory while maintaining accurate records. The position offers a permanent role with a 5-day work week (Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) and opportunities for growth in a General Wholesale

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of accounting or audit experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP Business One experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete month-end closing and annual financial reporting for full-set accounts, including AP, AR, GL and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit monthly GST filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents.
• Process purchase orders and prepare invoices or delivery orders for local and overseas customers.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with the Purchasing, Sales and Warehouse teams to track shipment status.
• Coordinate with transport and shipping companies to ensure shipments are cleared on time.
• Record damaged or defective items received from suppliers and follow up on claims.
• Conduct monthly stock-taking and prepare inventory status reports.
• File and update administrative records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
