Job summary

Frasers Property Limited in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented accounts professional to manage the full set of accounts including GL, month‑end closing, accruals and revenue analysis, and to support audits and system migrations.

You will process employee claims, GST filings, bank reconciliations and inventory audits, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in full set of accounts including GL.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process employee claims through Concur and arrange payments for third‑party hotel operators.
• Partial AR billings for IT services and expense reimbursements.
• Month‑end closing, accruals, BS schedules, revenue and departmental expense analysis.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Conduct half‑yearly inventory counts and annual fixed asset counts.
• Prepare GST filings and handle tax/audit queries.
• Prepare audited financial statements.
• Support corporate secretarial matters such as updating of new bank signatories.
• Courier invoices and participate in projects and system migrations (data cleansing).

• Month-end closing, including preparing accruals, BS schedules, revenue and departmental expense analysis, etc


• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations


• Conduct half-yearly inventory counts


• Conduct annual fixed asset count


• Prepare GST filings


• Handle tax and audit queries


• Prepare audited financial statements


• Support corporate secretarial matters such as updating of new bank signatories


• Courier of invoices


• Participate in projects and system migrations (including data cleansing)


• Additional ad hoc duties may be assigned as required

Key Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline


• 1–3 years of relevant experience in full set of accounts including GL
