Job summary

PEOPLE PROFILERS (SERVICES) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated accounting professional to join our finance team in Singapore. The role covers end-to-end accounting functions and ensures compliance across reporting and GST obligations.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting with 2–4 years of experience, good teamwork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience with ERP implementations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Experience with GST reporting and compliance.
• Knowledge of reconciliations and reporting.
• Experience in systems implementation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting functions including AR, AP, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance.
• Handle GST reporting, cash flow management, billing, claims, and Vendor/Customer KYC processes.
• Support system implementation projects and contribute to process improvements.

• Manage full accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), reconciliations, reporting, and compliance to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Handle GST reporting, cash flow management, billing, claims, and Vendor/Customer KYC processes.
• Support system implementation projects and contribute to process improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably within trading or related industries.
• Strong team player with initiative, willingness to learn, and a positive working attitude.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Experience in systems implementation will be an advantage.
