Job summary

AutoSprint Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting an accounting assistant to manage the full set of accounts and support financial operations. You will prepare journals, monthly schedules, and reconciliations, ensuring accurate processing of receipts and payments and timely customer invoicing.

You will also monitor collections, conduct monthly stock-takes, update fixed asset registers, and perform regular asset counts, with ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably AR.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare journals, monthly schedules, and reconciliations.
• Process receipts and payments accurately.
• Prepare billings to customers and monitor collections.
